The Khunjerab Pass is a high mountain pass in the Karakoram mountain range. It is considered to be the gateway to China as it connects Gilgit-Baltistan with China’s Xinjiang region. Recently, at a height of 15500 feet, the world’s highest ATM was opened by the National Bank of Pakistan at Khunjerab Pass. The opening of this ATM will certainly make it easier for locals and tourist to carry out money related transactions.
